數控車床機(ji)械手主要由手部和運動機(ji)構組成。
手部是用來抓(zhua)持(chi)工件(或(huo)工具)的(de)部件,根(gen)據被抓(zhua)持(chi)物(wu)件的(de)形(xing)狀(zhuang)、尺寸(cun)、重量(liang)、材(cai)料和作業要求而有多種(zhong)結構形(xing)式,如夾持(chi)型、托持(chi)型和吸附(fu)型等。運動(dong)機(ji)(ji)構,使手部完成各(ge)種(zhong)轉動(dong)(擺動(dong))、機(ji)(ji)械手配件移動(dong)或(huo)復(fu)合運動(dong)來實(shi)現規定(ding)的(de)動(dong)作,改變被抓(zhua)持(chi)物(wu)件的(de)位置(zhi)和姿勢(shi)。

數(shu)控車(che)床機械手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)臂(bei)(bei)上(shang)(shang)面有(you)一(yi)段被加工(gong)成(cheng)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)條(tiao),與齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪嚙合。當(dang)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)臂(bei)(bei)伸(shen)縮(suo)缸人(ren)推(tui)(tui)動(dong)(dong)(dong)活(huo)塞桿作往復(fu)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)時(shi)。齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪在(zai)固定齒(chi)(chi)(chi)條(tiao)上(shang)(shang)滾(gun)動(dong)(dong)(dong),從(cong)而帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)臂(bei)(bei)以二倍(bei)于桿的(de)速度作伸(shen)縮(suo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)作。氣(qi)(qi)缸是(shi)(shi)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)臂(bei)(bei)擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)缸,它(ta)推(tui)(tui)動(dong)(dong)(dong)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)條(tiao)作往復(fu)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong),使齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪回轉,從(cong)而使整(zheng)個手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)臂(bei)(bei)部(bu)分左(zuo)右擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)。手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)指(zhi)(zhi)的(de)上(shang)(shang)下(xia)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)是(shi)(shi)由手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)指(zhi)(zhi)升降缸推(tui)(tui)動(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de),在(zai)這里,手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)指(zhi)(zhi)是(shi)(shi)三(san)個氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)負壓式吸盤,當(dang)吸盤下(xia)降緊貼在(zai)片料上(shang)(shang)時(shi),向噴嘴通人(ren)壓縮(suo)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi),吸盤即(ji)將(jiang)片料吸起;切斷氣(qi)(qi)源,片料落下(xia)。
